Chapter 3--> Check It Out

Nicki's phone rang and she stopped to answer it, It was her mom. Wayne went ahead to the kitchen to wait for her. He walked in head down focused on his phone until he heard a slight moan escape Shanell's lips when h lifted his head he was in total shock they still didnt notice him until he spoke out
Wayne: what the fuck is going on in here?
They pulled away quickly both speechless and shocked from Wayne walking in on them. Shanell was so embarassed she turned and made it for the back door. Nicki who heard Wayne's outburst told her mom she'd call her back and hurried to see what was going on. When she went in she saw Safaree using a napkin to wipe his lips. The napkin was pink, the same colour lipstick she had seen on Shanell's lips she looked at him with her eyes wide.
SB: Nic i can explain
Nicki: oh you can?.. here's the deal though i dont wanna hear it
She turned to Wayne who still seemed lost in what he had seen and asked him for Shanell, he told her she was outback then just turned and walked back to the living room. Nicki head to the back door without saying another word to Safaree. When she was out the door he threw his head back, looked at the ceiling then cursed to himself.

Nicki outside with Shanell

Nicki: r you ok babe?
Shanell was crying. She was so embarrassed that Wayne had walked in on her and SB.
Nicki: what happened in there?
Nell: they didnt tell you?
Nicki: nobody told me anything
Nell: *sigh, deep breath and wipes tears* Wayne walked in on...
She looked Nicki in the eyes then turned away
Nell: he walked in on Safaree and I kissing
it was silent. Nicki saw the lipstick on the napkin Safaree had but she didnt want to believe that it was true. She dint know what to say so she stood there just staring off into the night. It was Shanell who broke her out of her trance
Nell: Nicki say something
Nicki: huh? i...uum
Nell: I know he's your best friend and all I just...
She stopped when Nicki's phone started ringing
Nicki: yeah
Wayne: tell her im bout to leave
Nicki: Wayne says he's leaving
She told Shanell and from the tone of her voice Shanell could tell she was upset and trying to hide it. She apologized to Nicki gave her a hug and head out to the front to the car. Nicki stood out back for a while just thinking. A few minutes after just standing there she heard the door open, she turned around to look, it was SB she turned back looking out into the night. He walked over to her.
SB: Im sorry and i totally understand if you're upset with me
She looked at him as if he was dumb and thought to herself "did he really just say If you're upset with me?" she shook her head and smiled. he just looked at her wondering what was going through her mind.Then she spoke
Nicki: you know what, actually i'm not upset with you. You can kiss whoever you wanna kiss, fuck whoever you wanna too. I dont give a fuck! After all you're just my hype-man right?
and with that she stormed inside. slamming the door behind her as she went. He stood looking at the closed door.
